Breakout Sessions

Part of living is enjoying the fusion of flavors from the food we love from both Tonga and the USA. Together in fellowship, you will learn to make some of the dishes we love to grub on as Tongans. The ifo experience is not just about eating, but the experience of making something together and then sharing with everyone.

Our fala conversation is all about connection and relationships in your different walks of life, family, friends, dating and marriage! Its a safe place to be yourself, ask your questions, and hear from the expiernece of others who have found their way with Jesus on a twisted and not so straight pathway. It is a place that we can learn and grow together.

Mangroves are survivors. They live between the sea and the land. One of the few phenomena of nature that can filter salt water and create fresh water to survive. Our roots matter and we want to talk about your Tongan roots and how it affects your day-to-day living!

Creativity is undervalued and we want to bring it to life through drawing and painting our Tongan heritage and design. Come ready to bring your creativity through the ARTS.

A strong foundation (heart, mind, and soul) is vital to being a strong person. In this session you will learn about yourself, where you are strong and where you can grow. Our hope is that you will find yourself centered in Jesus, who promises to help you be strong wherever you go.

Oh, the world is throwing so many things at you it's hard to understand how to walk through it all! This time together is to help you tackle some of life's real issues (racism, war, gender, LGBTQ) with a Biblical perspective. All questions are welcome!!!
